1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during promotional sales on our Multivitamin Combos), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to provide the most reliable and cost-effective shipping options for our customers across India.
- Standard Shipping: Usually delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on specific order values or combo packs as indicated on the product pages.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the journey of your Mitogen Lifesciences ย supplements from our facility to your doorstep.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mitogen Lifesciences ย is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For domestic orders within India, the price displayed at checkout includes applicable GST.
5. Packaging & Product Integrity
We take immense pride in the quality of our products. Each bottle of Multivitamin for Men or Women is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Our bottles are sealed for your protection; if you receive a package that appears tampered with or heavily damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
6. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at Info@mitogen.in if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
7. Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as photos of the damaged 60-tablet or 120-tablet bottles will be required for processing.
