Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Mitogen Lifesciences, we are committed to delivering genuine, high-quality products. Due to the nature of health and wellness supplements, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, personal preferences, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

A return or replacement request will only be accepted in the following situations:

  1. The product received is damaged during transit.

  2. The product packaging is tampered with, opened, or broken upon delivery.

  3. The customer receives a wrong product different from the one ordered.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, the customer must provide:

  • A clear and uninterrupted video of the complete unboxing process, starting from the sealed package before opening and continuing until the product is fully visible.

  • Clear photographs showing the damage, tampering, or incorrect product received.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be considered.

Reporting Timeline

Customers must report any damaged, tampered, or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests received after 48 hours from the delivery date and time will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Verification Process

Upon receiving the required evidence, our team will review the claim within 3–5 business days. If the claim is approved, Mitogen Lifesciences may, at its sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost; or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Product ordered by mistake.

  • Opened or used products.

  • Claims made without a complete unboxing video.

  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Dissatisfaction based on individual results or expectations.
